i kinda concur with merc, well i kinda do care about my eating habits, but it's more from a perspective of enjoying quality foods. Yeah, i avoid most junk food and fast food, but mostly cause i don't like it. I believe if you're going to eat stuff that's bad for you, let it at least be natural, real butter for example, lots of salt, nice greasy meats... mmmm.... i've never counted calories, luckily a lot of foods i really like are good for you.
