Yessir it is. I couldn't get the plutonium for the reactor in time, so I had to use ABOL. But it's ok, I put a warning light on it, to make it legal and all.

I'm not a "death ray" sort of person. I'm more of a "find interesting ways to torture them into submission or suicide, whichever comes first" sort of person.
