Here's mine. Kinda large, sorry. Occurs within the comic universe. The poor characters!

My next project comic wise is quite huge and a collaborative effort between me and NJ(emergency exit) fleshing out the stories and world of these characters + more:

It's all an idea I've had in my head since 2003 but I'd already started jR Then I got NJ into it.

Awesome colouring job, warofwinds!

Hm, well, I'm working on a collab project with a certain other ... erm, 'Genner (I'm never gonna get used to that term...), but aside from that, I have ambitiously decided to adapt a few poems (or excerpts from them) into comics. (I started with Donne's "The Flea" already, though I'm sure I've showed that to enough people already...)

And also, I will, one day, adapt a short story of mine into a webcomic -- the story itself forms the first chapter of said comic. I've been posting teaser pictures and character sketches and what-not on my deviantART account... but I haven't done much lately.

These are the only ones that didn't just get dumped into my "scraps" section. Earliest to most recent, none of which are terribly new at this point:

I'll finally be putting carpet and flooring down in the rest of the house and have a driveway put in out the front. Three years is too long to park in a muddy wheel rut after driving up to your house through your lawn.
Remember when your imagination was real? When the day seemed
longer than it was, and tomorrow was always another game away?

Some friends and I have been fine tooning, scrapping, and remaking a sort of tabletop game for a while now. It's hard to describe it. I'd say almost a combination between Risk and MtG...
Best picture I could find for it:

I don't have a pic for it, and nothing's final, but I might make a comic about being a superhero in college. It's more relevant to my experiences at the moment.

No finished pics yet (I'll post some when I get around to scanning them), but I'm working on a comic based on the backstory of my avatar. It should be up sometime this summer. Maybe. Image
This is going in my notebook titled "Things I Didn't Know about Surface Dwellers."

My next project is a new comic. It's the reason I'll be putting THATGUY on hiatus soon. It's called DeadPenny, here's a sample:

There's a dark, brooding side to you just itching to get out, eh, Will? ;)

While Kat takes up the visual side of Role of the Die, I'm going to be working on Lattice, a far more dramatic graphic novel type enterprise. I'm loathe to say much about it other than what's in the above (and below) banner since I want the comic itself to tell the story. I might post some rudimentary sketches I've already done later on, tho'.

I finally figured out what I'm going to do with my recently scrapped Gen space. Considering that I'd originally scrapped my Gen comics because I was having a bit of a cartoonist's identity crisis, which I'm still rather embroiled in, it's not going to be "comics" in the most comicky sense of the word, but it's going to be fun worthy of a place in the CG community.

It's an idea I've been playing with for about ten years, now. (can't believe it's been that long) What is it? Adult storybooks. Think Reading Rainbow style illustrated storybooks that aren't for kids. I'd written and illustrated a couple back when I was in high school, and then made copies and distributed them to friends and whatnot. They were pretty well recieved, so I kept the idea on the back-burner of my brain's stove for when I was having a cartoonist's identity crisis.

First, I'll be rewriting my very first one, which I'd done in high school. It's called Chubby Bunny. Here's a couple of roughs from my idea book.

Depending on how well Chubby Bunny and a couple of other planned works go, I just might decide to go into full time storybook writing. It was either that, or hardcore pornographic comics, which are, frankly, still on the table.
