Kisai is the nice admin that gets stuff done and if you piss her off the whole forum will rise up against you as one. StrRedWolf is the nice admin that carries grudges and is trigger happy when he's annoyed. Piss him off and we'll probably just look the other way while the blood spills.
We try to avoid topics that are designed to produce flame wars. We try to bar-b-que anyone who creates topics like that. I make good bar-b-que sauce.
McDuffies may steal your panties, if you're female. This is probably a bad thing, but that's irrelevant and it's all in good fun.
Speaking of good fun, have a sense of humor, because you'll get picked on in a friendly way. And you'll get parodied. You may even get written into something or another.
Noise Monkey may pee on you. He does that. It's weird, but he's cool so we keep the soap under the sink.
Mr. Bob ROCKS. Don't forget it. He's also our President. The title comes with remarkably little respect or power, but he exercises it anyhow. Oh, and he can change your title. If you exhibit a personality trait... well, don't say we didn't warn you.
Jams are open to the public unless otherwise described - if there's a comic jam going on, feel free to add your own comic to the jam.
Get togethers are also open to the public unless otherwise described - be sure to talk to whomever is hosting the get together if you plan to go so that they know to expect you.
Don't misuse the english language or Mercury Hat will correct you. We don't know why she does this, but she's exceptionally good at it.
As a whole, we're very welcoming of new people, and after a month or two any standoffishness we have will faded. By about six months, you'll not only be a regular, half of us will have forgotten that you ever weren't around. By a year, you're an old timer. And good grief, if you stay longer than that you're just insane.
