Best Sandwich Ever

As far as I am aware, no-one has thought of stacking one Big Mac on top of another. What would that be, a Huge Mac? I think 'The Tower of Babel' has a nice ring to it. Anyway, speaking of unusual food combinations I have just eaten the best sandwich ever. Are you ready for this? A bacon and banana sandwich.

Get a slice of bread, spread it with mayonnaise, then with mango chutney, cover that with shredded lettuce then add two rashers of crisp grilled bacon and about two thirds of a banana sliced thickly. I got the recipe out of a Nigel Slater book called Real Fast Food. When I sat down to eat this bitch I was thinking to myself 'Wait, this is going to be really horrible isn't it?' But it totally isn't! A delicious sandwich through and through. It feels wrong but it tastes so right. Try it - you don't even need to be drunk for this to be a good idea. Your mouth with thank you.
