Some of you may have seen this story about a bear killing a moose in this couple's driveway.

That's classic. I never saw a bear in my 3 years there, not that I'm complaining, ha ha. Does kind of get your day off to an interesting start when you come out to go to work and there's a moose between you and your car. Not so great if you came out to that.

Thanks for updating the link. Definitely not a situation where you want to surprise the bear. (not that you ever want to surprise a bear!) I have called work to say I had a moose between me and my car. Once I had a bear between me and my campsite. Don't know if it was the same one that chewed up the camp later that night.
