Oekaki technical difficulties. Helpplz? Kthx. <3

So. I'm having issues. Every time I try to save one of my pictures to the Oekaki board on galacticus, it gets all huffy and says 'A data transfer error happened'. Does anybody know how I can bypass that and post? Or give me incredibly detailed instructions, since I am a bit of a spaz. That would work too.

Ah, that happened to me too... >.> The only thing I could think to do was to press the 'Print Screen' button on the keyboard and then paste the image into paint. (edited it, blah blah blah...) ^_^ Then I submitted it to them as fan art...

Sorry, I just mean the... Oh, dammit, I know the word but it won't come. Screen thingie. I want to say tablet, but that's not it either. OH. Now I remember what I meant. The page where they put all the finished works that you submit after you save your oekaki.
