If you're new to London town or just a visitor and want to head as a group to The Thing, there's a meet up at 9.30am in front of the British Museum, leaving for the UK Webcomix Thing on the DOT of 10.
Entrance to the Museum is off Great Russel Street, you'll see us loitering along the left wall in front of the entrance steps, I will be in British DPM camoflauge with a floppy hat and quite likely three cameras. Here's a map:

Post if you're coming and wanting to head out in a group, no last minute nonsense! I left a solider behind last time and I don't intend to do it again! PM for mobile/cell phone numbers.

Notably, a bunch of us are staying at The Generator hostel, and those of us who have tables (myself, Robin, Law, Cort and Claude) are heading there an hour early. So, uh, we won't be there right then.
I suggested in another thread, but who's up for doing stuff the day before? I was suggesting a rousing game of laserquest, cause I think it would be fun to shoot each other in the dark.

Lazerquest eh? Well if anyone knows any in London I'll definitely be up for a spot! And if anyone's up for something even more physicaly demanding, there's friday night Roller Disco up by Kings Cross. Though if you can do both of those and a convention over two days you've gotta be built like War.
Other than lazer quest, if you're into drawing there's also the museums and galleries during the day. The Victoria & Albert's my favourite haunt to draw visitors and sculptures, also happens to have one of the best cafeterias in the country, which is interesting; I'd like a visit to the Science museum some day too, it's been aaaages.
What are people up for?

I'm personally up for anything with you guys, both before and after the Thing. I'm staying in London for a whole week, and won't be leaving until the morning of the 21st, so there's loads of time I have to fill up with sightseeing and whatnot.
Edit: I created a Wiki page that we should all probably edit and update as we figure out where we're going to be and when so everyone has a single place to go to keep track of this stuff.

A bit late to be posting this but oh how things get in the way, in this case, about 1000 miles of thing... Ånywhö!
As always, evening figure drawing on Monday and Tuesday at the Candid Arts Trust, starts at 19.00, ends 21.00, costing six English Crowns.
Me and Ryan are meeting up at the Candid Arts café next door at 17.00-ish both days.
If you're bored and in town, come along for a drink ^_^
