I went to the beach, then I got an omelette with bacon and cheese in it.

Oregon has big ol' sandy beaches. Who knew?

My mom got a KITTEN!
Her name is Jinx (because AnotherStarFreedon was too long), and she is the tiniest little kittencat I have ever seen (and that includes my kitty Pixel when she was teeny). Mom says Jinx was the runt of the litter.
Pictures later, I didnt have a camera on me when I was there.

Are those egg flavored gummies in the upper right corner?

That... I'd have to try that.

I AM corrupted! I make some of these guys look quite tame. But age is a number and all people really listen to :P

*edit*

Ok, today I've been walking for about... 9 hours now. But I think I finally found somewhere I can live. 5 guys in my class cant find a house, and we found a 5 bedroom detached house on the outskirts of town. The view is amazing and all that, and best of all, its in budget. I'll get pics when I visit again Tuesday.

Yesterday I discovered a really neat jewelry store across the street from work. They have a ton of neat, pretty stuff, and it's all $1! :D

We got to see the great Forest Park Balloon Race from our front parking lot! :D

Saw the Engerizer Bunny Hot Air Balloon crash directly across the street from the house. Hitting a building in the process. A lot of the ballons actually went down near the house. Others went right over. Very cool! Got nearly 400 photos and a few videos. Pictures later.

Edit: Nearly forgot that I found a carpet store going out of business. They had various sizes of carpet samples for $0.25 to $0.50 a sample. They regularly run about $5+ a sample. Brought a hundred of them to make a patchwork area rug in the bedroom.

This may not sound like a "happy" thing but it is.

Dude, where's my phone?

Be careful--I've heard that a lot of cheap kids' jewelry (and I'm presuming anything being sold for a dollar is pretty cheap) contains a lot of lead.

Most of the stuff in there actually looked like it was pretty good quality. Even so, not all of it was metal anyway, or even on metal chains...so I'm not too awful worried.
