Yes! Pin those wicked leeches to something and let them dry out in the sun!

I picture the leech hunting guy to be the heavily-Southern Accented host of a nature show, where he showcases the bayou's many strange types of gigantic creepy crawlies -- and shoots them dead.

Or he's making a sequel to the old B-flick "Attack of the Giant Leeches."[AOD] wrote:I picture the leech hunting guy to be the heavily-Southern Accented host of a nature show, where he showcases the bayou's many strange types of gigantic creepy crawlies -- and shoots them dead.

There was really such a thing?! Gosh.
But I mean, if they can make a movie about giant rabbits killing everyone, they can make a horror movie about anything.

It was essentially a bunch of southerners in a hot southern swamp getting attacked by people in black garbage bags and there was dynamite to kill the leeches, but yeah, it existed. 'Twas on MST3K, as well.[AOD] wrote:There was really such a thing?! Gosh.

that dragon-puppy or whatever it is is cute.

Re: Doodles 10 - Cutting a Double Figure
Eve: I really dig the colouring on that one! Vivid contrasts really help bring it out and make it look three-dimensional!

thanks.
except the shadow is in the opposite direction.

Re: Doodles 10 - Cutting a Double Figure
Aw pshaw. That's no problem! Shadows are always misbehaving, the little bastards!
This may not be work safe, but it has no nudity, no foul language, nor blood and gore! It's just incredibly fetishistic and creepy!
The story behind it:
Some of my slightly more cheesecake-ish images on deviantArt kept getting favourited and commented on by freaks and pervoid weirdos, even though I never intended for them to be my audience. I made this as sort of an experiment to see how much attention it'd get if I intentionally made a freaky pervoid fetish drawing.

Two faves in the last couple hours since I uploaded it and two comments, and sixty two views. Which is a lot more than I usually get. On most days I'm lucky to get around 14 views and no comments.

I think the appearance of The Amazing Technicolor Macrame Pear is a sign of the same thing.
Some of my doodles are made of string.

Oy, this is a drawing I made of myself (and my character in the comic) because It was late and I had already done like, five comics. Check it out.

Re: Doodles 10 - Cutting a Double Figure
I have a habit of doodling half faces when I am put on hold at work.

Re: Doodles 10 - Cutting a Double Figure
Nice inkwork on the face on the right. I doodle eyes, myself...sooooooo many eyes... occasionally they get fleshed out into faces, but it's usually just the eye and eyebrows and stuff.
Have a couple... vector YES VECTOR L...

And some yellow gal.

Definately worth mentioning that I hate doing the same thing twice. (dies) I don't know why I'm doing a webcomic. My life's goal is evidently to try as many art styles as humanly possible. I mean, I have a kinda 'T's style of drawing people and stuff in general' but the way they're presented... sooo hard to keep myself doing approximately the same thing every couple days... resisting urge to paint technocolors and watercolor things currently... oh, but I want to leave that stupid 'realistic' color scheme behind... wahhh... I want to go nuts... (well, hence the yellow gal, I guess. Had to get it out of my system, the weird colors.)
Oh well, tis a thread to dump experiments that won't make DA. Well, L probably will when I finish him (he was me trying out Expression 3, seriously, that's one cool freebee program, even if it's so unuser friendly, omg vector), but she won't.

Haha, L! L is neat, I've always liked that fella, Metruis.
In a perfectly normal, non-sexual way, of course.

Re: Doodles 10 - Cutting a Double Figure
Tengus embody things like pride and try to tempt buddhist monks, so....why not a female one?

Been playing Okami lately, and I got tired of all these uber-sexified human varieties of the main character. What if's she's just a regular juice-drinking gal?

DOOMPIXIE!
(don't ask how she holds that gun one handed. It's probably super pixie strength)
