Black Friday was the shit, but I didn't buy as much as I thought I did. At least I bought new shoes/bag/shirt with my mom's money! \o/ What did you and Beth purchase?
5 piece luggage
2 Lexmark printers
8 piece bed comforter set
2 MP3 players & accessories
2 400 tread count sheets
a lot of towels
a bunch of 2gig flash drives
a lot of cooking gagets
2 bissel hepafilter bagless vacuums
....

Hey Ryan, what did I forget? 8-)

Anyway it was enough that we had NO room in the car heading back home from the Lake.

Whoa whoa whoa. Just saw a fox in the front yard! This would be the first fox I've ever seen.
I know its not a big deal for you large-continent-y type people, but I come from an island with no wildlife what-so-ever, so seeing something bigger than a squirrel is just "YEAH!"

My mom's place in Berlin usually has a fox or two running around. This is an urban area, mind you. I've personally seen a herd of wild boar (complete with adorable babies) running across the road while I was taking driving lessons.

I have a kitty hat. It is grey and warm.

Killbert-Robby: Cool, a fox! I've never seen one outside a zoo.

12-quart slow cooker. I can cook a small turkey in there, or a whole ham, or any number of other nummy surprises. Also, a food processor and a blender, both of which I needed muchly.

We get foxes in the woods behind our house a lot. And moose, and bear, and skunks, and deer, and porcupines, and fisher cats, and owls, and hawks, and coons...

When I stop to think about it, it kinda amazes me that they HAVE foxes in zoos...well, maybe not so much in other regions...but we have foxes, raccoons, and freaking DEER at the zoo in Springfield. Deer! We have too many of the things around as it is, and we still have some of them in the zoo?

More likely, it's so that kids can see them for a long period of time - you see a raccoon for a moment and then it's running off. Ditto a fox. You can see them for a while at a zoo.

Now if only Misty would share the same opinion. She wasn't a fan of Paranoia Agent, Toyko Godfathers, Perfect Blue, or any other works by Satoshi Kon. So I don't expect her to sit down and enjoy Paprika without getting annoyed with it. :(

Congrats!

...will there be beer? I can legally drink by then!

And why do I envision a Lego version of the ceremony... Or have such a hard time believing the man who still plays with his Legos got some.
I am The Poster Formerly Known as Crossfire. Or PFKAC. ...has a certain ring to it, no?

First time I saw a raccoon it wasn't going anywhere since it was climbing a fence (and then it hissed at us...).

First time I saw a live snake was in a zoo. First time I saw a free running snake was in a zoo as well...

My brother worked in London Zoo. I got to go in all the animal cages. Including the crocodile cage. DAMN, those things are fast. I've never flee'd so fast from anything in my whole life.
