Pretty wild talent right there! No wonder she gets contracts.
The manga stuff could be a bit better though, and the script for the National Geo comics suck'd pretty bad. Ok, I know it was aimed for kids and all but hey, I'd facepalm that if I was 6.

Huh. Ghosting for someone else has got to be the oddest creative job I can think of. Nothing wrong with it, just... odd.theSuburbanLetdown wrote:She drew The Boondocks for a while too.

Yeah, my thought too. It was amongst the most inoffensive unfunny uneventful twaddle I've seen in comic form. Reminds me about similar cheesy promotional comics they bombarded you with when you were a kid.theSuburbanLetdown wrote:Heh, I doubt that she wrote it though.
Mind you, I was a cynical little shit already in the first grade and I remember lmao when I discovered Care bears.

Re: Random drawings and other such things
I always thought the Care Bears were rude and presumptuous. They impose their values on others and stare at the opposition till they cave.
Since you brought it up, I was a pretentious little shit when I was a kid too. I remember riding something at a Showbiz Pizza (now Chukee E CHeezes), and a kid told me to get off an let him ride. I said, "No, you need to wait your turn so don't be imatient." And one time in pre-school, there was a kid next to me scribbling and I stopped, looked around and sniffed the air loudly and said, "Hmmm, it smells like scribbling in here."

I kinda liked the care bears a little. But I was pretty much a straight edge kind of kid.theSuburbanLetdown wrote:I always thought the Care Bears were rude and presumptuous. They impose their values on others and stare at the opposition till they cave.
Sucks about what's going on about that whole other person ripping off her work.

Can't we all just get along?
Re: Random drawings and other such things
I'm all for "the system" and playing according to rules, with reforms rather than revolution and such. I also recognise established moral values and see the benefit of imposing that on young people. Still, there's better and less conceited ways to get the point across.PortableNuke wrote:Haha! Yeah, I know. I like having rules too, but the Care Bears are just plain rude.

I drew this for a friend. It looks alright.

Here's my badge. It's about a year old, so I need to make a new one.

Furball's badge looks pretty sweet. Though it's been so long since I've known him without a real fursona pic that I can't imagine him as anyone but human Bender.

Yeah, he's had that Balto avatar forever. If it weren't for second life, I'd never know what his character is.

It was a fun movie. Never saw the sequels though.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who likes that kind of cut.
