I guess cooking can be an art, but don't think the actual food is art in itself. Then again, all in all, I'd say I've had more pleasure from food than from oil paintings, so what do I know.

Ah. Thanks for the links. I knew practically nothing about that (I knew there existed a game series called Legend of Zelda; that's about it).
To hear of someone losing that kind of weight by their own effort is inspiring. Must have been quite the program to accomplish all that in only a year or so.
"It'll make me enjoy this a whole lot more." Heh. Helluvan opener.
Ryan looks equally disposed to swear his undying love, strangle Evan, show him his latest piece of work, kick him out of bed, or offer to run with him right now. Among other things. And just how long has Ryan been staring at him?
The style is different... I dunno how to explain it, but the lines aren't the same... it also seems like a few small details have been added to Ryan's face in the fourth panel. Around his eyes, his muzzle... and I could have sworn his ears got bigger!
Yeah, it seems like they're not pissed at each other anymore, which is a relief. Maybe Ryan will present Evan with heart-shaped tofu for Valentine's Day. Yays!
Yeah, I'm experimenting with stuff. I'm trying to change the way I draw eyes so that different characters have distinctly different eye shapes. Ryan has "freckles" now, and the muzzle definition is just a progression to make things look less flat. As for the lines looking different, that's mostly because I haven't touched a brush or pen in like over 2 weeks so that's why they suck. I may need a new brush soon too.
Cats also have large ears, so I made them a little bigger. Maybe too big though. I'll make adjustments as I go.

Ah, I see now. It's an improvement, I think, but yeah, you gotta get another brush, too. Ryan benefited from the concept.
