My ass hurts today. I also feel some kind of sickness coming on.

To my own amazement, today at work I cut a finger on a chair. Damn thing was broken and somehow had a sharp edge I hadn't noticed when I started fixing it. Painful and ludicrous for the win.

Eww. I remember this one time a kid and I were jumping on the bed, and then his nose started gushing blood like some kind of waterfall. That was creepy.

I decided to start doing more weight training so I'd get less running injuries. So I used the hip abductor thingie and now my ass hurts everytime I take a step. I don't even think that machine even works the ass, so that shows how weak it is.

Heh, chair. I never would've thought that either.

i went to the doctors the other day to get a few cortisone injections in the spine and "groin" area

im in less pain and discomfort now.Needles suck!!!!

there seems to be a bad flu going around my area., i hope i dont catch it too.

and it s still cold

-22F with -40F windchills last night and this morning

Ugh, there's some flu crap going on now here too. I almost got it, but I killed it off rather quickly with my magical immune system.

I like needles. They contain things that make me feel better, like adrenaline. Being able to breath again is awesome.

You'd better believe it. I question its legitimacy only because it actually didn't (and still doesn't) hurt all that much. I'm just waiting for that moment I accidentially bump it and trigger some dormant pain receptors.

Yep. It is especially a pain in the butt when you have tons of stuff to do but you don't feel like doing anything. It's like the equivilent having to climb a mountain, but not wanting to because my ass hurts.
