Comments about Prime Evil?

A chibi webcomic based on a video game involving a psychotic final boss, a clueless kid from the real world, and game sprites who don't know what to do with either of them.

Comments about Prime Evil?

Post by Penthesilea »

Here's where you can rant, berate, rail against, criticise, and deconstruct Prime Evil. ;) If you've something nice to say too, here's where it should go. You can also make suggestions, ask questions (we have a no spoiler policy, don't even try it!), and anything else that pops into your pretty little heads.

However, don't feel constricted to this space alone! Feel free to start your own thread with personalized comments if you want.

This is really good! Please for the love of god (or who/whatever) make more!
To say I enjoyed reading this is like saying I like chocolate.

P.S. I'm a chocoholic (Need help dealing with being a chocoholic? Knowing is the first step, the second is calling me and giving me all your chocolate. Contact me at 1-800-IW4l\lT-J00rCH0c0L4T3 or at http://www.GIVESMEJOORCHOCOLATE.com)

Audrey: Soon. It'll be the default answer until you show up. :p

Gareth: Aaw.. I sort of feel bad for Monday's comic, then, heheh.

Daedelus: Hey, thanks! Welcome to the site, and I hope you have fun with Prime. ^^; We plan to continue making comics, 'till death do us part.
You and I simply *have* to do chocolate sometime.

Funniness: ****
Your comic is very funny. Although it does have its fair share of over used gaming humor, the scenes involving prime evil are always funny and original.

Story: ****
Your story is very good. Like humor, it does include a great amount of cliche things, but again, like kn humor the scenes wityh prime are very original. I've never seen a webcomic that involved the villain as a main character, and if there is one they probably didn't oull it off as well.

Characters: *****
Your characters are fantastic! It takes exceptional skill to be able to actually create characters who are so realistic and different from one another. They interact with each other like they were real people and not webcomic characters. (You probably shouldn't get TOO much credit because they're very, very closely based off of real people, but I'm ina good mood.) All the different races are new too, like the Mangels and dog-hippie-people. Very good job here...your characters are definetley your comic's greatest asset!

Art: *****
The art is amazing! The chibis we see throughout the comic are very cute and loveable. The comic is very nicely colored (when it rarely is.) I don't really have much else to say. Keep up the good work!

So there you go, a full review. I'm no expert though. I can't think of things to make your comic any better, so this is more of a compliment then something to help you improve.

Your comic is truly amazing. I think in time you can definetley make it to the top 50, if not 20, maybe the top 10! :) Your comic is much, much better than mine is or ever will be.

(WARNING: Everything I said reeks of bias.)

Aw.. Greg, you say too much, man! Thanks for the review (although I think you're right in that it's biased. :p)
Keep working on your comic! It took us several tries and hundreds of revisions in both the script and the art to get it all to fit together. Don't ever think that you won't make it there, 'cause you will. Just keep plugging away. :) Don't put yourself down, either. You've got a lot of potential!
