I'd vote for him. Y'know, if I was an American citizen and therefore able to vote for anyone in your country.

Any good British villains I could elect to run our country? I mean, apart from Tony Blair?

I'd vote Phil, though. He'd be a great mayor. Always pushed around by special interests.

Awww, poor Phil. Actually, I can imagine Ecchs using Phil to get into power (or do the laws also prevent henchmen running for prez with 'unnamed' - read 'evil mastermind' - backers?)...

Unfortunately, yes, they do. Anyone who's registered with the Superhero League or the Supervillain Alliance is forbidden politics, and you have to be registered to be more than a mook.

That said, someone like Spygor could run for office. Time honoured tradition.
