We are dealing with this obvious error in voting in the typical imp method.

Step one, we are ignoring the problem and hoping it go away.

If this does not work, we go on to the next step.

Step two, we are ignoring the problem and hoping it go away.

We will also be procuring large amounts of C4. For step three.
