Sadly the comic doesn't deviate all that much from reality in order to be odd, though there's always the chance Zombie Jesus will stop for some Smash Bros.

Alrigh guys it is getting a bit closer o start planning. I know Redtail has room info, do we have a breakdown of sleeping plans or just kinda play games till we pass out on a floor somewhere?
I paid Michelle for my Ticket last night so I just have to show up now and I am set right? I will bring my laptop, 360, and DS... maybe a stuffed animal. Okay yea, I will bring Joy's moogle. And also frito chili corn chips. Wait not the chips( Chili powder and a white fur moogle = Joy murder Frank )...
I am too excited what do I do to curb my enthusiasm and desire to quit work to train on my comic reading skillz?

You mean the FFX moogle, right? If I brought the FF:CC moogle we could just say that we painted him red to find monsters. ^^
This is a picture of Mog, the most sophisticated of the moogles( save for maybe Montblanc )
Moogles are a staple of the video game series Final Fantasy. Mog appears at intravels to help guide you in times of strife. The moogles are a proud race of fluffy fighters who excel at what gamers have dubbed Bardic magic. In some games moogles have appeared as comical relief and in others as merchants.

i think we'll figure out who sleeps where when we all get to the hotel. we've got three rooms to choose from. and we're still not 100% sure who exactly is gonna make it.
Right on! I just need to know If I should bring my air matress and such. I just had lunch with Joy and Mich and I want to make sure everyone knows the dangers of quesadillas loaded with crappy cheese and a ton of grease...I gotta go to the res...::runs away::
Okay I'm back ! Time elapsed 15 minutes. I lost 15 minutes of my life cause of that quesadilla. Just a warning...

an air mattress sounds like a good idea. that is if it's a small one. the hotel rooms aren't that big, but we might be able to put a twin-sized air mattress in there... somewhere.
Yeah, I have 2 twin size airbeds and a super cool pump. And I actually use them almost every week. ^^ The Coleman in particular rolls up really small for travel.
I will take one for the team though and share the bed with any cute single gamer chick who happens to like D and D and can kick my azz at Halo 2 and knows the konami code and( list continues on for a bit...) so in closing That would be the only way to make things turn to ice really fast in the reverse microwave...
Any questions? No? okay, we'll get started as soon as we all meet!

I'll enjoy meeting everyone...though I have met Joy a time or two, many moons ago, and never got to know her that well.
You sound like a fun bunch.
Redtail and her hubby live near me so it's not a bother to swing by and drive them down. I like company on road trips...makes the time go by faster.
I'm all set with my room. Fred has told me she wants to bunk in there as she has a few times before, Kristy's survived a couple weekends with me and she's welcome to snooze there again. I dunno if Cathe's coming (?) but she's also welcome. If there's room to camp out on the floor and the person can help with the room cost and doesn't snore too bad (or smoke), I can take an extra body in my room.
Oh well, all the logistics of who's going where can be worked out when everyone gets there, I guess.

I'm for just handing out space when we get there. So long as we know there's room for all of us, it's not that big a deal. I mean, we realize we're all gonna hang out in the same place until it's time to pass out and then it doesn't really matter where you are. ^_~
Well, I don't snore or smell funny so I am a good guest. But if I start carrying on a conversation with you and it is pitch black and the middle of the night and I am giggling you might want to check to see if I am even awake.

Hmmm...I spent one and only one Pittsburgh weekend with a guy who talked in his sleep and I found myself entertaining evil fantasies involving a pillow.
Fear not, though! I'm a nice guy in person. I haven't committed any homicides yet and don't plan to. ^.^
The one guy I shared a room with was really something else, though.
However, I agree with Kristy, we can hash out who's sleeping where when everyone gets there.
Just travel safe and it oughta be a fun weekend.
