March of the Librarians

The lives of two self-proclaimed geek/gamer chicks as told by themselves. Sadly, we don't have to exaggerate much from reality.

March of the Librarians

Post by E~Man »

"Twice a year, tens of thousands of Librarians make a trek across the United States to a meeting... how they know to congregate in the same spot, no-one knows. <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Td922l0NoDQ">They come to learn, to network, to get free stuff, and possibly to mate...</a>"

I plagerized the preceding from <a href="http://sclerotic-rings.livejournal.com/ ... ">here.</a>
...pulling back the foreskin of ignorance and applying the wire brush of knowledge.

So... is this what the March of the Penguins movie is like? Because even this tiny amusing version was putting me to sleep.

Crap! I wanted to see some mating! :shucks:

Oddly enough, I think I spotted someone I know in that little clip. I'm not a member of ALA and my cheap ass library wouldn't pay to fly me to Seattle anyway.

I've been around that many librarians before and I tend to fall asleep too.
