you did not accomplish much,

*^_^* Hey thanks, peoples!! No, I did not die yet. My gf took me to SPaghetti Factory for dinner and OMG I ATE SO MUCH!! And everyone kept giving me brownies. It was cool.

Funniest thing- I called Ali (the twin) to wish her a happy b-day. She puts my niece Dana on the phone.

Dana: Hi!
Me: Hey!
Dana: Happy birthday, Aunt Joy!
Me: *grins*
Dana: ... you're old!
Me: *facepalm*

Mmmmm...spaghetti and brownies!

I went to a place called "The Spaghetti Kettle" once and enjoyed it. I like making my own, though.

There's also nothing wrong with indulging on your birthday. I get treated on my birthday each year...this year was Red Lobster, which is where I usually go anyway.

As long as I don't have to pay, I say it's okay to live a little...yeah, I indulged quite nicely.

Well, since I'm one of the "wizened elders" on this message board, I don't think you have to worry about being "old" yet, Joy.

I'm glad you had a great day and have a happy weekend.

arrogant worms rock! joy introduced me to their music.
it's a bit of a tradition for me to at least write the song to her every year. sometimes i get to sing it to her, but i haven't been able to get ahold of her in awhile.

Glad you had a great day! My cake said "Happy Birthday Young and Beautiful," which is what I taught my kids to say in answer to the question "how old is your mom?" "Young and beautiful."
