"Boss" works in a pinch, and I'm currently trying to find a gender neutral word which effectively means "Master/Mistress", "Lord/Lady", "God/Goddess", but am coming up with nothing but difficulty.

You could also just say "Yes VileTerror" with a suitably humble tone of voice.
