As for the dude making fun of complainers on forums, well... he's dead on, to be honest. Besides, if the people in that comic didn't represent you guys before, they sure as hell do now.

Now, the comic.
The humour is dark and I also see the resembalance to bucky in cal as someone metioned earlier.
I love Kal's flowing cape/dark matter thing and the simple design of faces which I think work perfectly to show expressions and such.
my only mild complaints are that kal's hands seem to have a little bit of arm or glove extending from the end of them. Simpler is better though its possible that taking out the surplus arm wouldn't do anything so its not really that important. lastly, Im pretty sure this is done in flash with the paintbrush which is fine but there are other techniques to create super clean and proffessional looking lines using the rectangle tool and transforming pointer thing (google search for cartooning in flash or somthing and im sure you'll find what I'm talking about).
Anyway the bunch of strips I read I thouroughly enjoyed so the best advice I can give is to keep it up and don't let those damnable hatemailers get to you.
wow the forumites get really critical if you insult their forum use though... No offence but lighten up guys...

We didn't complain. He asked for a critique and we gave it. If we'd gone to his site and complained on his message boards completely unprovoked, yeah, he'd have a point.

Thanks for the kind words... Just wanted to let you know I checked out your site. Read the whole archive, from beginning to end. I really think you've got a good comic going. It's well written and made me laugh. Let me know if you ever need a guest strip artist.
By the way... To that other guy... My stuff isn't done in Flash. It's traditional hand drawn crap, the old fashioned way. And thanks for hte crit.
