Re: Dewback Wing chapter complete
OK, this is one of the better comics I've seen as of late. Your style has evolved considerably. The newer art is much cleaner, better lettering, and your ships look awesome. However, to get there a new reader has to go through a lot of boring, amateurish artwork for a long while.
I honestly think you have a lot of potental. If you do another book, starting at your skill level now, it might take off. There are a few things that came to mind when I saw even your newer art that you could change for the better though. For one things, use splash pages more for the battle scenes, or at least more dynamic angles and shots. A lot of you character shots could be cropped to make room for better action shots, which would make this much more fun to read. I would also suggest playing with the perspective in your shots, which should also add to the excitement a bit.
Over, as I said, you've grown a lot as an artist, and I commend you for finishing the storyline. Wouldn't mind seeing more of this once you've drawn more.

The trick will be to keep the story moving at a decent pace in splash pages, but should be doable. I can also certainly try giving more space over to the action frames as opposed to dialog frames. Thanks for the advice!
