Basically, the drawing was poorly-traced from an existing image.

I like how the hand just stops at the wrist because in the original it's underwater and you can't see it.

Busted! XD

For an actual crit, work on line quality- they're very light and poorly defined, all wobbly in places. Try working with thicker, more confident lines.

Also, not tracing. Referencing is cool if you give credit, but presenting something someone else did and claiming it as yours is pretty underhanded.

I hate to say it, but trying to pass off something that you traced as original is not a way to win friends with other artists. The art style skill level is substantially different than that of your comic was the first place. Your comic also suggests massive amounts of tracing (how can the head design change between poor and good on the same page?) and poor compositing (everything looks cut-and-paste on the backgrounds.)

At least if you trace from a photo, it's harder to trace back to you. If you take the photos yourself, you're in the clear, cause then you are only pirating yourself.

If you are say... tracing from victoria's secret catalog, or some recent magazine covers, chances are you'd be caught, assuming someone else reads those. For the most part though, it's a lot harder to see a drawing and go "I've seen that somewhere else before" based on a photo, versus another drawing. The giveaway here was the hand, or lack of it.

Pretty obviously copied, but credit where due, the stripes are very nice, and seem to be original work. The hair is good too.

Of course, copying the bulk of an image casts doubt on everything else presented.

This includes the comic, this includes any promo art, this includes any future Gen-chan submissions--from which any proven copier should be, and have been in the past, barred on principle--and so on.
