A quick practice on flash. It seems photobucket doesn't accept swf files anymore.

Art thing's nifty, Pimpy, but I think you should play with faces more. Like, try drawing faces in a style outside your comfort zone. Yeah, definitely. I think it would be good for you.

I've been reading American Elf. It's pretty good so far, even though most of the comics don't really seem to have a coherent "point." For some reason, it works for me. I'm up to 2003 right now, got a ways to go yet. Anyway, it got me thinking about self-representations that don't stick to reality--I mean, we all know James Kochalka isn't actually an elf. So, yeah:

I screwed up the image cropping and I'm too lazy and tired to go back and fix it. It's not even nine yet. :(

Hah! Yeah, Spandy's great. :D

I almost posted this in the unhappy thread instead, but it's related. Kind of.

I also forgot to fix my hands in a few places. Man, I suck at hands! Hopefully I'm getting a little better, though.

Doodled this as a potential cover for the FCBD book. I'll finish it, but maybe not for the book.

Felt like my avatar needed a chage, so I took a stab at a comic self portrait:

Okay, I may have sculpted my jawline a bit more than it really is, and maby dropped a bit of cheek fat...

My camera sooo cannot take pictures of miniatures. Oh well, here's a christmas present I sculpted. It's about 28 mm tall.
