Did you also notice the wonder twin who couldn't speak English managed to say quite clearly, "I am taking my sister back." At the door?

I do give Kudos to Sylar for testing to see if she could control her powers, and on finding she could, realizing that her brother probably could cause death as well. Good call on killing him.

Mohinder is just a fucktard. What the hell. He wants to do good, so he tells Noah that his daughter is mourning his death? So he knows he's causing people emotional pain now and is ok with it?

Why did they keep the virus strain that could kill everyone? Was it imune to say, being destroyed in a pottery kiln? Or being frozen, stuck into a block of cement, and dumped into a subduction zone?

Die West, you waste of oxygen. Good grief. You were terrified of the Man with Hornrimmed Glasses for your whole life, then worked with him no prob, and now are comforting Claire who is mourning his passing? You're not even an actor. An actor would complain about that.

And Peter. PETER man, come on. Why does the woman who wants to just live out her life normally need to lie to you about Adam? Why'd she shoot him straight away? You told her you were going to destroy the virus, why'd she attack him? Maybe because she's telling the truth? You are a Mary Sue. DIE.

*cough* Actually though, I enjoyed the episode.

I wouldn't say that necessarily. I think Sylar just wanted him out of the way so he couldn't interfere with his getting Maya.

Not that Alexandro definitely cant to do the same thing as Maya (well, he can't anymore, but you know), but I don't think that was why Sylar felt the need to kill him.

I never got the feeling that Alejandro actually didn't know English. Since he and Maya were always together (no family and such) I figured he probably knew it and just hid behind the pretense of not knowing English. He may not have been as fluent as Maya, leading to some confusion and needing Maya to translate, but mostly he was faking.

I know a lot of people like that...

But...now he's dead.

I want Sylar to be an avenger of good writing and roam around behind the main-story killing off all the terrible secondary plots. Starting with Micah's entire family.

Sylar knew he needed both the ability to CAUSE death, and to STOP causing death. Until he tested Maya and verified that she could do both, he needed Alejandro. Once he knew Maya could do both, he both didn't need Alejandro, and probably figured out Alejandro could do the death thing, meaning he had to die.

But, I admit I give Sylar way too much credit, because he and Noah are the best two characters in the story imho.

rkolter you're assuming crazy things. Sylar doesnt need to kill Alejandro to protect himself. That's not the way he rolls.

And if anything Maya's ability to control herself puts it in doubt weather Alejandro had any powers in the first place.

What the hell gang beats up kids for comic books and also torches buildings for money.

But if that were true, Sylar's whole telling him "I know you can't understand me, but I'm going to kill you and your sister and steal your powers" thing form the earlier episode wouldn't have worked. I find it unlikely that even someone as dumb as Alejandro could forgot to mention something like that to his sister.

It doesn't seem to add anything to the rest of the plot. It could've when Suresh took St. Joan to the company, but...that was the end of that.

She dies.

And Nathan. He'll probably die too.

(I doubt she'll die. I wouldn't be surprised if Nathan did, though. )

QFT. The only way this could turn out alright is if Nikki gets off her ass and actually accomplishes something semi-heroic- but as she's still infected, I'm guessing little Micah will somehow come in and save Monica instead. Even though she should be quite capable of handling this all on her own.

EDIT: Oh god, I hope they keep Nathan alive. The last thing we need is more Peter angst.

Back before the Petersplosion and the blood thing it was pretty much well-known fact that killing the brain killed the self-regenerative process.

Back before the blood thingit was pretty much well-known fact that killing the brain killed the self-regenerative process.

edit: this just occurs to me, peter and hiro couldn't take a moment to talk about what's going on? i mean it's not like they're running out of time, it was stopped.

I think Hiro's too pissed and Peter is just defending himself. Of course, Peter's wrong, but, then, Noah (happy? ...I guess that'd make him Joan of Ark if he did the gender switch) and Hiro are the only ones who are ever right on this show.

Mohinder being on the opposite end of the spectrum.
