Mmmmm... I'm jealous. I could use that in about an hour. Right before this next presentation I'm giving.
That would make it WAY more interesting!

But the upside was that more than half of the alcohol I consumed was paid for by other people >=D

I just signed a lease today on a house with 3 other friends... which means for the first time in 4 years, I'll be able to have alcohol in my house/room. Take that college dorm room!!

My roommate bought a 1.75 liter bottle of Jack Daniels as a birthday gift. Since beer and wine flare up my gout something awful, I'm left with only cider and the hard spirits as company. This bottle is HUGE! (the mannequin in the photo is 12") I call him Granpappy Jack, and I cracked him open this evening, in celebration of my laying down final inks on the biggest part of my upcoming convention projects. Mmmm. Jack, I sure do love you, especially with Coke.

Had a horrible Friday. Got wasted celebrating a very good grade on my presentation on Thursday and was hungover. Now, I usually gain a temporary aversion to alcohol while hungover, a desire to retch swells up if I smell or taste it. Unfortunately, I had a soil zoology lab that Friday. And what do you use to kill mites and other soil organisms? Gah, every drop of ethanol we added made my head spin...

This drunk dude showed up at a bonfire I was at and insisted that we drink some of his bourbon. Good thing I like bourbon!

I'm thinking about buying a bottle of bum wine* when I fiiinally turn 21 (if I can find it), specifically Cisco "Red" flavor. Is this a good or bad idea?

*I figured out today that TMBG's song "Thunderbird" is about the bum wine of the same name. Now it actually makes sense!
