Has anyone pointed out that if she were to win this case then it would set a precedent for astrology being legally binding?
I'ma gonna sue because my horoscope was wrong!

See, it's this kind of thing is why they're trying to stop juries deciding scientific cases here. Juries contain people. People are stupid. At least judges have experience.
