we could just use the Time Cop rules of time travel and send Chaos Cricket back, forcing him to touch himself (not like that, sicko), which would erase him from existence...eliminating the possibility that he could ever post it in some alternate timeline where James Cameron saves his life.

and Time Cop sucked like all of Van Damme's other movies...maybe HE should be sent back in time to touch himself (NOT LIKE THAT...GEEZ)

Nah, thinking it over, it stinks of effort.

Let's do like someone else said and just ignore him.
Faith is what credulity becomes when it finally achieves escape velocity from the constraints of terrestrial discourse- reasonableness, internal coherence, civility, and candor. Thus, the men who commited the atrocities of September 11 were neither cowards nor lunatics of any sort, but Men of Faith- perfect faith- and this, it must finally be acknowleged, is a terrible thing to be.

First off, I HATE Rugrats. As a result I find the original post downright hillarious. Are there more of these on the web?

Wow... I never knew of half of these sequels. And that scares me. Disney could make a damn fortune if they put some effort into their sequels a-la Rescuers 2. But they just insist on killing every franchise they have.

It's getting to the point where I silently pray for Disneys downfall. As a believer of karma I KNOW it's comming.

Lastly, didn't Disney try and get into the talk radio business a while back? Talk about a bad combination.

They're already making a damn fortune. I don't know that much about animation, but it's obviously easier to make 10 straight-to-video films than one that would deserve theatre distribution. My guess it, they work animation by templates, so there's no bother with animating particular movements, which should cut on the most resource-spending part of the job.

Actually guys, Dysney is in huge financial difficulties now. They have been surviving on outside licencing and sub-companies revenue for quite a while. Now that Pixar has told them where to go they are REALLY in the poo.

A few months ago there was even talk of them having to "downsize" dysneyworld. It seems they are attempting an all out marketing tyhpoon in reguards to the upcoming anniversary. If their profits do not pick up, however..

yep. Dysney is in some serious financial strife. It was the beginings of this that actually started the OAV burst about 10 years or so back. And guess what? it hasnt worked. They are financially in a bigger hole now than ever.

I am quite sure most of this information could be found in a google. I am too lazy to bother.

Meh. The only thing I'll be sad about if company dies is, it didn't die before, back when it could be considered a honorable death. And also, because someone will buy copyrights to their characters and exploit it further.

But the first person who claims that Simba spells out "SEX" in the Lion King, that the priest in Little Mermaid has a boner, or that Aladdin tells good teenagers to "take off their clothes" is gonna get sucker punched by me.
I'll take the punch.

The Aladdin one is true. It's a scene when they are on a balcony or something and then the tiger roars. When he roars rewind and turn up the volume and listen for a voice. If you aren't listening for it you will miss it. (it's like a whisper in a loud room, you can't hear it at first but once you lock in you can pick it out rather easily). During the roar someone does say, "Good kids take off their clothes" or something to that extent.

Also in Toy Story, when Woody is using Buzz's arm to trick the other toys. When Woody makes the mistake and shows the arm is detatched and they all scream, if you listen you can hear the main characters yelling but also below the main characters and quieter a second set of shocked exclamations. The second set says stuff like, "Holy Shit!"

"Come on...all good teenagers, takeoffyourclothes"

That's what it says in the Aladdin thing.

Of course, it's all a matter of opinion whether it's there, I guess. I like to think it is...and think it's cool that it is. :D

It's the kind of crap I'd pull if I could. What's better than hidden messages?

Over, obvious messages, of course. Because it's much more fun if the message is actually there and done very loudly so everyone can hear it. And get mad. And make noise about it. And get you lots of attention, because there's no such thing as bad publicity.

...hmmm...*gets idea for publicity stunt*

Quite frankly, sounds like the Power of Suggestion to me.

You know, like those EVP tapes.
