My parents love my webcomic. Which sadly forces me to keep it PG, so my parents will continue to love me.

When my comic got noticed by my school paper, I had to let my parents know, and I sent them copies of the paper just to recognize that even though I don't want to be a teacher, I am still doing something with my life.

Mum reads it. She printed some out and stuck it up at work :D this is both cool and odd at the same time.. Wonder what her co-workers think?

Yes. They're proud of the fact that I draw it, but never read it. Oh well. It's probably for the best that they don't.

No. Because then my mother would want to read it and I would never be able to put in all of those lesbian scenes I've been planning.

Mine just write it off as the reason I spend my life holed up in my room.

Neither of them read them though, yet some how they're accepting.

My parents know I have a webcomic but they've never seen it. They don't speak english and rarely use internet.

Hope they'll never see my Naked Thread submissins.

My parents know. My dad reads it at work. So do his friends (they occasionally stop at my tagboard XD). My mom knows but doesn't read it.

When my comic got popular and I mentioned it to my parents my father wanted to know if we could use that popularity for him to sell fish over the internet...

They don't know about the other stuff I do online, though.

They're vaguely aware that I've got this side project outside of work. I don't think they've actively gone and read it. They did come opening night to the musical version though, so that was at least good.

They know. Mom doesn't read comics at all. Dad reads it, and claims he likes it. Both are pretty liberal types, so I won't have to worry about what I put in it for their sake. A bigger problem would be that my 11 year old cousins have taken a liking to it, but as it's not the lesbo sex type of comic anyway I shouldn't need to worry.

Mine not only know, but are the kind of vocal readers who show it to other people and have comments whenever I talk to them on the phone.

It seems like it should feel weird, since the story is quite dark and nasty at times. But it doesn't. I get an occasional "whoa!" or "tsk!", but I know we're cool.

Honestly, I'm flattered that they seem to like it, because they're both smart people who tend to like things that don't suck.
