I was going to say something about Off Topic ruling but DarkMagician's avatar has me thoroughly amused. :o

I wish Bruce Lee was alive... I would totally pick a fight with him with a friend filming the fight somewhere in the back. Then I could claim I fought Bruce Lee. He'd one-inch-punch my sternum and my heart would asplode.

He is still the man. Its sad that Master Lee isn't still around and that his son died in the same manner. Still one must make the best of life and find their own way.

Brandon Lee was Bruce Lee's son, but their deaths were nothing alike . . . officially.
Haughty spirit and pride make for a wild roller coaster ride!
I mean, as long as you like fairly final endings.

Well, I tried to keep it discrete but that only got me 3 testers. Go ahead and visit http://www.offtopictest.com if you want to beta test the site I'm putting together.

How so? It's a content management system for comics. If and when it launches it'll be an alternative to KeenSpace. What's the issue? Is there something wrong with offering alternatives? I posted in the Off Topic forum (not where the title came from, when I saw the forum I thought it was a funny coincidence) because it is appropriate- meaning it isn't Keen related. I'm not trying to step on anybody's toes. I'm simply trying to beta test and get some user feedback on a web application that I wrote.

Actually, I should appologize here.

I hit '2' instead of '1' and thought that you were randomly posting requests for more testers on random threads in off topic.

My bad. :-?

Ok McDuffies, what's with the devil face? Is nobody around here even remotely interested in just testing out a simple web app? Are you so far into the Kool-Aid that you think it's blasphemous to even mention any comic site that's not Keen related? Hell, it's not even a production environment- it's only testing out a Coldfusion application that I wrote as a side project to better my development skills.

If you search the Help Forum in the past (maybe a year ago or slightly more) for whats been relegated to a zombie user you can even find my posts inquiring around as to why nobody had bothered to update AutoKeen to something more contemporary and scalable. At the time I had suggested PHP and MySQL. Well I went ahead and decided to do something along those lines, initially for myself as it does have the hooks to allow a single user account to manage multiple comic spaces. But I figured if I was making it multi-user I might as well open it up to other folks who were at least interested in testing it out and giving me user feedback that I could use to refine it and make it a better system.

It's in an appropriate forum. I haven't made any more new posts in other forums- so what's the issue? If you don't like the idea you don't have to read it. But just because you don't like it doesn't mean that somebody else might not be interested.

I am sorry, I was just poking you. Seeing all the previous misunderstanding, I just couldn't resist. Perhaps I should have.
Sorry again.

But seriously, it's really not an inaprropriate topic, on GD or here. Don't worry about that.

Aw, it's ok. I don't mind poking and instigating. :) In this case there was no context to even suggest that so I misinterpreted it.

Now visit my site and give it a spin. I'm really interested in some solid feedback so that I can improve it.
