Space Fact:
an antimatter comet wouldn't last 20 years in our solar system without running into some form of matter. There's alot more crap out there in space just floating around then most people think. There is no chance one could make it to our sun.
Space Fact:
A space elevator in just greater than geosyncronous orbit around the earth would greatly reduce the energy cost associated with take offs, and is totally possible. Too bad noones working on it.

Relevent Fake Space Fact:
Although the stated mission goal is to knock a hole out of the comet to take a peak inside, the actual goal is to nudge the comet off course just enough so that It will destroy a planet of future alien invaders(who currently lack comet nudging abilites) and therefore same the world as foretold by Nostradamus!!!!!
