I have worked through the cookbooks too many times. TOO MANY. Making your own thing is fun, but eventually, I just wanna read how to do something and learn summing new.
So I turn to you
Robby is looking for challenging new recipes. No technique too advanced. No combination to other-worldly. Name the dish, maybe link a recipe, and see it made and presented in glorious 500x500y!. The only restriction is ingredient availability and cost, so no gold pies.

Brioche and Butter pudding.
Follow the same recipe as bread and butter pudding, but substitute bread for brioche and raisins for chocolate chips.
