Not a clean shot no. I'm no expert in firearms, but unless you pushed the trigger with your thumb and held it with both hands (Which the image doesn't suggest) you wouldn't be able to reach around the gun to pull the trigger.

Besides the next comic Keff murderizes you anyway so moot.
