Or hit it with a hammer.
Sic an attack dog on it.
Throw a grenade.
Blow it up with explosives.
Or leave it alone and unsupervised somewhere in New Reno for fifteen minutes.

Indeed it has been. I'm going to try it on the different compatibility settings, see how much that changes, although past experience doesnt inspore hopeShineDog wrote:Huh. Finished all 3 fallout games on this vista machine, periodically the screen goes black, but no crashes over and above fallouts norm
(it was never particularly stable)
Everything updated?

I bought Unreal Tournament III
Then got it home and found out that the included CD Key was invalid so that the game was completely unplayable.
So I went back and got a replacement!
Then I got it home and found out that the replacement CD Key was also invalid, so the game is still completely unplayable.
Now I'm soon to go to the game shop for the third time in three days, and I intend to headbuppercut people until someone gives me a working copy and then some. I expect compensation for waste of time and travelling expenses.
Otherwise I will single out just one employee, and cause them more pain than they could ever possibly imagine.

On the plus side, (forgive the double post, but it's a completely different subject and I forgot to mention it) I played through the entire of Portal on friday night. Went to a friend's house and commandered his 360.
Never before have I loved a single-player game so much. Crazy computer lady is the single greatest creation in the history of everything, and the song at the end gives me goose-pimples.
Anyone else reckon we'll be seeing some 'portal gun lady' goodness in Half-Life 2: Episode 3?

It turns out that my port blocker program was blocking steam. So with that sorted out, I'm currently downloading orange box. At the current download rate, I'll be playing it around Friday morning >_<. Stupid crappy EA ps3 version rassin frassin... Eh, my laptop should be able to run it way better anyways.
