speaking of math, I heard that Robin can divide by zero, find the square root of negitive numbers and solved the theorem, which states that there are no whole numbers x, y, and z such that x^n + y^n = z^n, where n is a whole number > 2, just by glancing at it.

I don't really like how it turned out, but whatever, it's been a while since I've completed Vaguely Complete art. I was gonna use it for some avvy action, but I don't think I will anymore.

Since you appear to be an expert please explain this conundrum. What exactly was M.Bison's outrageous and diabolical plan concerning mucking about with a streetfighting tournament? Was this the UN equivalent on an alternate world with anti-gravity hair or something? What exactly did he expect to gain from this?
