Trying to find a song
I'm trying to locate a song/music video I saw some time ago. The artist was Gloria Estefan and I believe this was shortly after her "comeback" after the tour bus accident. I don't remember the song itself, but in the video she's walking around a city at night. The part I remember best is the end, where she's sitting in a cafe/restaurant, looks up in the direction of the camera, and her face just lights up.
Ring any bells with anyone?

Hmmm...
WikiPedia -> Search for "Gloria Stefan" -> Find First album after bus crash -> Into te Light page -> first single "Coming out of the Dark" is a stage performance...
-> second single "Seal our Fate" is a sort of industrial / stage performance / big dance number video, but does end with a close up of GS's face well light, but not in any great way...
-> third single "Can't forget you" is a black + white video in a big mansion...
-> fourth single "Live for Loving You" is more of an animated / stylistic video - ends with GS sitting on the moon...
->"Remember me with Love" was a UK-only single, with only a live version available on YouTube...
-> Unless you're thinking of the more popular "Turn the beat around" which was set on a rooftop and had some scene's from one of Stallone's movies in it, but had some fairly specific lighting.
Those are the songs she put out around that time, and if it's not one of those, then you'd need to cross-reference her discography with youtube and/or a site that describes the video clips.

The closest I've been able to come is "I see your smile" which seems to have much of the imagery I remember, but the ending is different. Instead of the camera coming up on her sitting in the booth and her looking up and "lighting up" it has Andy Garcia as a waiter coming to take her order and she asks if the waiter is on the menu.
I wonder if there might have been two versions of that video released?

It's possible.
I've found that a lot of videos I've seen here (the "Australian" version) aren't available (or at least not easy to find) on the internet because a search for that song by that artists finds only the American version (assuming the group is based in the US).
Sometimes that's good, sometimes it's bad but yes - it's entirely possible that the version you saw was a "regional" version, or one of several.
(Which kinda also makes me ask the question: Are you sure it was Gloria Stefan?)
