Because yahoo's spam filter is crap...

Now, I don't think losing 25 pounds by bleeding is healthy. Hell, I don't think there's 25 pounds of blood in me. And even if there were, I'm pretty sure I need most of them. Hell, blood donations are nowhere near 25 pounds. If we could take out 25 pounds by bleeding, blood banks'd be a whole lot better off.

You may need to stop reading spam subject lines, but apparently that didn't stop you from reading the whole spam when it comes to porn.

I wish I'd thought to screencap some of my better past spams.

I kept "horny girls hungry for caulk" around for a long time, just for laughs.

But the real oddity was a series of penis enlargement offers that made penis enlargement sound like a very very very bad idea. They started out merely uncomfortable sounding and ended up really gruesome.

When I was 17, I got a spam e-mail telling me I could "feel 18 again!" That was surreal.

I guess a healthy body should be able to replace around a pound of blood in 24 hours, so you could lose 25 pounds in 30 days...of course, you wouldn't weigh that much less at the end, you'd just be very, very exhausted.

And, as a reminder:

I might have to start reading my spam mails just to see if there's anything as funny as this.

Hmm. I do have one from 'sex', with the subject 'thats writings'. Which is nothing if not... nonsensical.

The rest of my spam is from people trying to get me to renew my non-existant HSBC bank account, before it gets 'temporaly suspended'.

That's not odd at all, really. Someone merely wanted you to read their erotic fan fiction.

I don't even check my spam box anymore. I just empty it. More than likely I don't need to know what's in there.

I'm amused by spam with subjects that have absolutely nothing to do with anything, such as the following:
  1. A horner which hanceville
  2. ALERT: to excellent
  3. As kewadin between frenchville
  4. do whichever is paid
  5. Finally found this here
  6. her mernard on milanville
  7. Might be great to us
  8. REPLY ASAP: qhuman
  9. To each marks
  10. URGENT: Or concept
All ten of these are either "pump and dump" stock scams or drug pushers. You'd never really know that just reading the subjects, though.
