As far as hints are concerned, here's the 'room service' one again, with clearer pictures of (variants of) the same thing in the background.


The person on the mural one is indeed laughing, although it wouldn't have been called that. As for his name, he has something of a king,

something of a prince,

something of a philosopher,

but not this:
