My Gift from Tennessee
Some might have known this already, but Orion (Beyond Reality) and I have been in an online relationship since about March of this year, friends since July '05. In May, we made plans to see each other in December.
Tomorrow is the day! Orion flies all the way from Tennessee to Oregon tomorrow! TOMORROW! We've been waiting so long it doesn't even seem real : P. This will be the first time we meet in person. CRAZY!!
Anyway we're both very excited/freaking out and I felt the need to share this. If interested I'll post how it goes and pictures.
Best Christmas Present EVAR! (and spendy too).
*dances*

heehe, and for more encouragement, look at my wife and I. We met at an online dating service back in 1997. June, to be precise. On July 20th, 1997, I drove down to meet her in person for the first time. On July 25th, 1997, we eloped and have been married since.
Yes, for those keeping score, I've known my wife in person five days longer than I've been married to her. :p
Now Orion... GET PACKING, MAN!!!

Awwww.. I didn't know you guys were an "item", but I am thrilled that you will be able to get together over the holidays! I hope you both have a GREAT time and enjoy each other to pieces.
And adding to what Mrs. R. Kolter said, hubby and I had a long distance phase to our relationship too. We are celebrating our **19th** wedding anniversary next week.
