Me too!

...also, my name is unique alright, I pretty much only find stuff relating to my comics when googling it. Most of the entries refer to my dead and no longer available online comic though. Bugger. :P

Bah. You guys want to have some fun googling someone's name? Google *MINE*.

Matt Summers.

My older brother was more than happy to point out to me two years ago that Matt Summers was also the name of a gay porn star.

I've been trying since then to get my name higher than his on google, and I've done it occasionally. Not at the moment though, it seems... first hit?

Mine brings up someone who is apparently a world leading automotive artist, and another that's a retired highschool teacher. The first one relating to me comes up on page 5.

I will bide my time, for now. :plotting:

It was a webpage. Specifically, it was a webpage, with nothing really on it apart from my internet psuedonim: Rickford.

Then I noticed the domain name. It was my real first name, and my ex-girlfriend's surname.

Try googlin yer own name, and you too have the chance to find things you were never meant to see...
HAH HA HAH!
So you gonna try to find out what it's all about...? Or... look over your shoulder for the rest of your life... :P

I liked the fact that the female winner of Australian Idol a few years back was called Casey Donovan - whose was, amusingly enough, shared by a very famous gay porn star as well.

depending on how my name is spelled, I get different results, but in general, I only get pages I had a indirect influence on their creation.

Whoo, I'm the first hit with my first&last name. Hooray last year's CN Expo list of Artist Alley people.

The rest is mostly just people with the same last name, and one hit about bay laurel (plants).
Go common dutch name I guess.
And on the second page a couple things about Laurel & Hardy.

w00t.

searching "laurel k" gets me a lot of hits about "laurell k hamilton" - a woman who writes books about vampires and werewolves and stuff.
I have collected most of her books so far XD

I read one of her werewolf books. I thought it was sort of meh.

Also, I'm the first hit for my name, on the CG Wiki of all things. There's no text on it though. I need to redirect to my User:rock_dash page.

My birth name is so common, you'll have to really dig to find anything about me.

1st married name shows a play I was in during my 1st time in college.

2nd married name shows mostly cookout related stuff and the wedding invite Ebay auction we did.

googling my real name brings up dog stats, pedigrees and show catalogues, along with my mother's address.

So yeah... my real name, brings up me.

About two years ago I started getting anonymous emails from someone who knew WAY TOO MUCH ABOUT MY FAMILY HISTORY. Just from the things he/she was saying I eventually figured out that it was my mom's eldest sister.

She had apparently googlestalked me and found my deviantART site (which no longer displays my real name, by the way) decided to send me helpful advice, anonymously, about my progress on how to deal with the crazy people in my family. Obligatory eye roll.

And you guys wonder why I don't want to tell anyone my name.
