so excited

Post by ZOMBIE USER 11536 »

I am getting to go to a Q&A session with KEVIN SMITH!!!!

I am so damn excited. I'm all a jitter. I can't wait to go!!! It's on Nov. 2nd. Apparently, there's some kiddy movie being shown, but I don't care. He's gonna be there and talk, that's all that matters to me. 8)

Sweet! Oh, can you ask him...shit, when you get put on the spot about this kinda thing I can't think of a single thing to ask him...ask him how the Clerks Animated Feature Film is coming along and when it's slated to come out.

You'll have a great time, Starlite. Kev's Q+A sessions are always hilarious.

HE SIGNED MY MOTHER F-ING COMIC BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG OMG OMG. You guys, I was in the first friggin ROW. Kev was RIGHT THERE in front of me.

He's sooooo cool. And incredibly funny (duh). VERY down to earth. He's just a GREAT guy. Jenn was there too. I was just about to say "hello" to her, but then this old lady started chatting with her & I didn't want to be rude.

Outside he signed stuff. My friend took pics. When i get them, I'll post them for you.

I'm just still....just so...so...OMG I MET KEVIN SMITH!!!!

Bragging? Naaaw, bragging would be us mentioning the hardcover edition of the Daredevil series that is signed (along with signatures by Joe Quesada and Jimmy Palmiotti) but we're not gonna do that. But, congrats, Starlite! So, c'mon, what'd he sign? What'd he say? SPILL!

Well, I like it. But remember, I'm sort of *new* to all this comic business. I enjoy reading Kevin's work. I like Spidey being a wise ass of sorts. But you know, it IS Spiderman, so he has to be sort of "goody-goody" which Kevin hinted to in his recent Wizard interview (my honey bought the mag for me)

I'm real exicted for more of his work on Daredevil. I REALLY like Daredevil. "Dark" comics I think are what I like more. I even started reading Elektra now.
