I'm trying to decide if I should feel guilty or proud for having been a cause for both a lack of sleep and the resurgence of bad habits.

I was raised by a couple of fundies who were raised Catholic. My entire upbringing was being taught that I should feel guilty for everything I've done or thought about doing.
