"Well, we think you may be suffering from depression..." Dontcha just love how doctors refer to themselves as "we", even though there's only one of them
20 minutes of asking me if I was on drugs (no) and she thinks she knows my problem
Ah well, wednesday I'm going back for a checkup, I'll try to clear this whole thing up then.

Neowulf,
Just remember 50% of all doctors graduated at the bottom half of their class. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/tongue. ... lf,
What am I lapping up? Nothing, I hope!

Dubble: Any canine species that acts in a group usually has a heirarchy of rank. With most species it goes from the lowest - Omega - to the highest, which is the leader - Alpha Male -, however, if the Alpha male perishes before the female then the female is the leader of said group no matter what. Then there's Hyena's too, they have alpha females by default. So basically a group of canines can have an Alpha male or female but Alpha is basically the leader's (or leader couple's) position.
Hope that's explained it.
Delph: Nothing? Then why are you doing that ... thing? ;p

I was looking through the MB for this specific thread. I STILL dunno what a yiffotorium is.

Anyway.
*picks up the cattle prod mentioned WAY up there and pokes randomly* Say something? Even 'ARRGH! Quit it!' will do.

Basically its rather unnerving to have this thing set to show the topics that got posts in the last two days to find that NO topics got posts in the last two days. I don't remember that ever happening here. So there we go. I'll shush now. *wonders if she starte asking 'wehre is everyone?' too soon*

Yayayay! I got people posting! Sorta.

Mel>*hugs* Good luck with the job offer! *crosses every available digit for you* ^_^
Hallan>OW! *rubs her head* HEy, that hurt! Bad Hallan! *grabs the newspaper and smacks him on the nose* no biscuit!

SW>*bah-link*....I don't think I get the second meaning. Maybe we should just leave it at that, hhm?

Well, I take it you know that addin 'torium' to things is a very British / Canadian habit. Well, in furry terms, "Yiff" meant two things. It either meant to greet someone or to erm ... "greet" someone. That wasn't very clear, was it? Well, I'll leave it to you to find out the more ... inequitously unhygenic version for yourself.
So the yiffitorium (created by a Canadian friend of mine, not be me, honest!, I'm clean guv'nuh) was either a nice friendly reception desk welcoming people into his MUCK or ... *ahem* ... yes.
[This message has been edited by SpiritWolf (edited 04-19-2001).]
Thanks Dub! Still looking good, should know more today. hopefully. *L*
SW> that made next to no sense. *L* the only way someone would get anythign from the "second" description was if they already knew what you were talking about. But since from the way you're acting it sounds like somethign that should NOT have been brought up in the FIRST place, can we let it drop?
Dub, if you still want to know, email for crying out loud.

What's MY excuse? Well, I only post on weekends, don't I? Like this pretty little post right here...
You know, the topic is Silence of the Others... Did that name ever stick? We are the Others? It has a rather ominous sound to it, I think. Something Mulder and Skully would want to look into.

Oh, I should have posted that in the other thread... What would happen if Mulder and SKully came to investigate the park?

Oops... I just realized my 'Exercising my inner child' signature didn't pop up in my previous two posts. (I forgot to input it when I signed up for Keenspace.) My deepest apologies. Both posts were meant to be tongue-in-cheek, and not actually angry (which is normally denoted by above signature). Thanks.
Hallan
