FONTS/LETTERING: If your lettering sucks, I suggest you go to BlamBot and pull a few free fonts. I don't see Enchilada there, but there's a few good ones for webstripping. Flat Earth Scribe I like myself.

DRAWING TECHNIQUE: I ran across How To Draw Manga a few days ago, which has not only some online tutorials, but also several books you can buy and use. Intresting, no?

Hmm, As far as good anime style tutorials go, for learning the basics I like the style of <a href="http://www.bakaneko.com">Baka Neko</a>'s tutorials, they really helped me out when I was first learning. (if that link doesn't work out it's at http://www.bakaneko.com) and I mean, who wouldn't like a site called Stupid Cat.com ^^;; It also has some Oekaki boards for practicing what you learn there, and getting feedback.

Another thing that I'm currently attempting to digest is "Figure Drawing For All It's Worth" By Andrew Loomis, which is more of a college textbook style approach to figure drawing. It can be found online in it's entirety at <a href="http://www.yoyodyne.net/loomis/index.html"> http://www.yoyodyne.net/loomis/index.html </a> And from what I've read it's pretty complex, so you might want to take some time to concentrate on this one if you really want to get through it.

Some of us can't afford to pay for our fonts, especially when flailing about trying to figure out the best font to use. Not to knock Blambot but there are thousands of free fonts available online. Some of them have been put out by Blambot (assuming these free sites are legitimate).

Nate (blambot) actually puts out a free font once a month, he's really good about that, and its professional quality. had to chalk up for blambot cause its got one of the best darn communities around. check out the forums also lots of talented artists amature and professionals.

I also recommend checking out Macromedia's fontographer if you want to try your hand at making your own fonts, I'm working on that right now, myself as I'd feel better knowing my comic is solely mine. not sure others feel the same way or not.

thanks for all the anime/manga tutorials btw, my art though doesn't look it has many influences and manga's big on the list. and any tutorial I'm sure will help us all if just seeing another way to get results.

It has some great examples, shows you how to use each one, allows you to mess with the HTML coding examples on their website and goes indepth into all the currently used HTML codes and things. I use it as a reference when I forget what something means or how to do something.
