I try to do stuff like that all the time, with the gradient type shading, and the highlights and stuff, and it always comes out looking shitty. But! I have hope, for everytime, it looks a teensie weensie bit less shitty than the last time.

The truth is out there. I think it's following me.
You know, the paranoid poeple are gonna be the first ones to notice the invasion of the the space communists. Think about that.
The only things worth taking seriously are the ones that aren't important enough to joke about.

I like it when women yell at me. Angry ladies are sexay ladies.

This thread is zombified!
Here's some lineart I've been working on. It's Brooke from Hawker Reed's "Culture Shock" (http://www.alternatedimension.com) . Still working on the color, but if anyone wants to color it up in the meantime, go right ahead.

Here's the ref pic:

lol. Thanks. About the foot ... I don't think so. The ball of the foot isn't that round. It flattens out around the heel. From the side it might look more like a ball, but from the bottom/three quarter view, it looks rather flat.Boogiebop wrote:Oh you terribly talented bastard. That's awesome.
One note though. On the foot on our left, shouldn't the line used to define the bottom of the foot be curling upwards to define the ball shape of the heel?
Nice dragon, TTP. Such a unique design. Reminds me of Gunnerkrigg court in a way. As does flathead's coloring.
