I'm looking for advice on ways I could maybe improve my webcomic. I've been at it a while now and I just can't seem reach that 'next level' ( if there is one in my case). Lets say that it's not something you would read normally and maybe you think it's lacking something, any advice would be appreciate. Also, I'm trying to think up ways to make the website a little more interesting...

Well, websites are my field so I'll do that bit...
It is a bit bland. If you made it yourself and understand your own as well as HTML's limitations, I'd create a new one in Photoshop - keeping those limitations in mind at all times. There's not much you can do to the page as it stands that'll improve it much.
However...
The logo in the top left corner looks crude. I figure you're going for a children's writing look but, as appropriate as that is, it unfortunatly doesn't do the site any favours.
There are also alignment problems. Everything on the site should be aligned with something else on the site - it just looks more attractive. However, your header bar, comic window and rant box are all different widths and none are aligned with anything else. You need to even up the edges.
A fairly easy way to make the site look nicer with minimal effort would be to use a background pattern instead of the block blue. It needs to be something subtle so as not to overshadow the comic. The background of this forum, for example, is basically just blue but it has a sheen to it to give it a bit of visual interest.
