Groomed, yes. Green, no.
Perhaps he's gone grey in his (supernaturally extended) old age?

Okay - I'll stop being silly.

My brightly coloured pens are running out.

The truth is so prosaic!

Or there could be a conspiracy. I'd believe in the conspiracy if I were you

Conspiracy? *looks out window*

Nope. No black helicopters. Not today, at least.

Unless.... No... It couldn't be...
*gasps*
Aliens stole your green pens! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Any warmer?

And now you know...

Jack's only green when he's in his real form. Lacunae critters just have 'standard' fur colours unless they've dyed them, or there's something highly unusual going on. 8) This is where my world differs rather from David's.

Running into a bright green florist would probably have confused Silverblue somewhat!

"How much fur dye do you go through?!"

But now he's properly green once more.

Jack also doesn't wear skin tight PVC that gets ragged when he changes forms too - very sensible :D

Although now I'm temped to draw Jack in PVC... :P
