The manatee. the early sailors thought that they were mermaids. they are so beautiful. (the mermaids, I mean)
I hope simon dosn't turn out to be a flat chatacter. All fluff and no stuff. not that zan isn't wonderful, and won't round him out. i have fiaith. he's so cheerful and innocent, kinda like my boyfriend.
