Hmm... Yeah, that one might have been a little confusing the first
time. :)

Okie, just out of curiosity, Hortmage, what got you to click the link
*before* you got confused by that strip?

Were you reading Tiffarella at the time, or was it something else?

How could you pass that by?

Sheesh!

Besides, we're even! It's a lot easier for you to render the

But your's looks a lot better than mine! 8)
You come up with the ideas, I just copy them.

Hmm... Three toruses and a cube intersection. Yeah! That should do it. You want cable-ties with that?

:D

Actually, that one came out neater than I originally thought.
In my head, I was originally thinking the support would be a
central spindle like two rounded cones with the upper cone inverted
and balanced on the tip of the lower cone (Kinda like a vase or
candlestick holder) with 3 supporting buttresses on the surface
of the cones. But when it came time to color it, I thought it
kinda looked neat, with just the three supports.

So, the central cones vanished and the buttresses became
free standing legs like a Martian Tripod machine. :)
(goodness! Is that an ArcAngel flying over Heathrow)
I was thinking that to be more like the National Aerospace Plane
design, but it could just as easily be an Arcangel. :)

Well, The Trip to London has debarked. (Actually, can you say "debarked" among canids?)

Some folks in this forum may be regulars to Heathrow; my last travels there were a couple of years ago. It looks good to me!

And of course, we're talking 2066 here, so certainly they will have finished that one concourse reconstruction project by then.

The last time I landed there was during seventy mile-per-hour (approximately 100kph) wind gusts. Interesting touchdowns(s). ;)

Nice perspective going down the escalator! I could see that very well.

Jenny's self-commentary includes a reference to aidcraft fuel, which has already been called "Pilot's Perfume" for many decades now. Preflighting a high-wing aircraft on a windy day, you are guaranteed to smell like that. And I'd say that the Roton, with blades 100+ feet up, would count as a high-wing. ;)

Jenny is a bit glum, here. She will be cheered up to see her fellow in the flesh!

I can't even remember what I had for breakfast, and you want me to remember why I started reading a COMIC???

As my (dismal) memory serves, I think it was your presence on the FreeFall forum that sparked me to come over and check out 21CF. I sometimes check out the links on people's sig lines, to learn more about the people I hang out with. I liked what I saw here, and decided to stick around.

I really enjoy how you try to play up the characters' animal sides. I hadn't realized how close to reality Jack's Vulpine Mouse Pounce (http://techfox.keenspace.com/d/20020128.html) was to reality, until you posted those RL foxes on another thread.

So, keep on keepin' on!

I came in from the Suburban Jungle forum, as I was asked to decode what sort of language Dover was speaking during the Hurricane Liska crossover. I also was pleased with what I saw.

Today has been interesting. Real-world issues have me very busy, and as of just a few minutes ago the only webcomic I've seen in two days was Twenty-First Century Fox.
